The cottage is in a peaceful, rural location, surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside where you’ll find a range of walking and cycling trails. Pen-Y-Fan (5.5 miles) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the area, as does Pen-y-Crug (6.5 miles). The historic market town, Brecon, is only 6 miles away – you can take a stroll along the pretty Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal or explore the shops, eateries and other amenities here. Other towns worth the drive are Crickhowell and Abergavenny (25 miles). There are also wonderful caves, waterfalls and rivers to discover nearby, including the National Showcaves Centre for Wales (15.5 miles).
