Everyone at Riverside will do everything possible to ensure your stay is a pleasant and enjoyable holiday experience.
Level 70 acre site nestled in the foothills of Exmoor surrounded by mature trees with 10 acres of woodland trails and the River Mole in the middle of the park.

The Gateway to Exmoor, stunning location with spectacular views and a wealth of wildlife all on Riversides doorstep, perfect for fishing, walking, relaxing with the family or enjoying all the local facilities. Near to Exmoor National Park and it’s amazing natural landscape, wild ponies and deer.
The ancient market town of South Molton is within walking distance from the park and within easy reach of the world class beaches of Woolacombe, Croyle and Saunton.
The lakes at Riverside are nestled within 70 acres of picturesque countryside. This provides the perfect setting for a relaxing days fishing.
Kingfisher Lake
Magnificent, stunning new lake, more than 3 acres in size with depths varying from 4ft to 9ft with an immense variety of underwater features and stocked with specimen carp weighing from 15lb to 30lb
Heron Lake
A stunning lake created with a wealth of features to challenge the professional angler. This lake is aproximately one acre in size with varying depths of 5ft – 11ft. The Heron Lake is abundantly stocked with specimen carp weighing from 20lbs plus, offering the complete fishing experience!
Dragon Fly Lake
An impressive lake, as with the Heron Lake, is situated near the river Mole. This lake aims to indulge the ambitous amateur, spanning approximately one acre in size and heavily stocked with Bream, Koi Carp, Tench, Carp and Perch. Great consideration has been taken with the development of this lake to provide quality fishing for the novice aswell as the more competent fisherman.
Caravan Storage At Riverside
If you are looking for secure caravan storage in North Devon then look no further, Riverside’s facilities are top class. As of September 2024 we have been given the CaSSOA Platinum Award for storage, so you can rest assured that your caravan is in safe hands.
Caravan storage is available on site within a secure, hard surface compound. We also provide motorhome storage and car and boat storage as well.
The benefits of leaving your caravan with us are obvious: you are free to enjoy the beauty of North Devon and the facilities of Riverside without the worry or hassle of towing your caravan on each visit, not to mention the extra time and petrol wasted with towing.
Our storage fees are £10 per week all year round (as of 13th June 2025) and this includes all towing on and off tariffs meaning there are no hidden costs when storing with us.
Also we don’t tie you in contractually, ensuring you can store with us for as long or short a period of time as you’d like.
Store & Stay
Our store and stay options provide a popular choice for many of our visitors here at Riverside.
Use the site as much as you, your family or relations would like to. Whilst not in use your caravan is parked in the storage facility. You make your site booking through Reception in the normal way and the caravan can be brought out and put onto a pitch when you wish to use it. You pay the site fees relevant to the time of your stay as per the normal site tariff.
