Set in one of the most beautiful areas at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and just short drive to the stunning Lincolnshire coastline, Prospect Farm provides self-catering holiday cottage accommodation and camping
Prospect Farm holiday cottages and camp site is a family-owned business, set on our 40 acre farm and stables.
Set down a secluded lane, both our camp site and holiday cottages provide a tranquil haven where you can relax and unwind.
Prospect Farm is situated at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on our 40 acre farm. It is a green field site surrounded by lush green fields and grazing horses.
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful campsite but with easy reach (a mile) of a lovely village with all your amenities, then look no further. The site is surrounded by our farmland, and is away from our holiday cottages, which gives you an amazing feeling of total tranquillity.
Caravan Holidays
Camping and Caravan facilities include:

- Outside washing up facilities with hot water
- Full electric hook up
- Chemical disposal point
Camping Holidays
We also provide spaces for tents, with or without electric hook up.
Dogs are allowed but must be on a lead at all times and owners must ‘pick up’ after their pets. We also ask that you are careful with your dogs around the animals.
Offsite Facilities
The village of Waltham is a mile down the road and has food shops, pubs and restaurants. Cleethorpes is about 5 miles away with its longs sandy beaches and leisure facilities.

You have panoramic views over our farm with fields, ponds and grazing horses, which you can explore on our walking trails. We even have our own well-stocked fishing pond which our cottage guests are free to use.
Our accommodation provides a lovely peaceful location with panoramic views over our 40 acres of fields, horse paddocks and even a duck pond. We also have well-stocked fishing lake that our cottage guests can use at any time.
Our close proximity to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and coastline, make it an ideal location to base your holiday, whether you want to explore or stay closer to home.
Children are welcome but please note we do not have a designated play area nor enclosed gardens.
We offer weekly bookings to our Studio and we can also offer some short term stays (min 3 nights), subject to availability. We try and be as flexible as possible regarding a change over day, so please give us a call to discuss.
